In 2020 when the world asked us to isolate, we found creative ways to engage and celebrate community. We asked the fine folks of Scugog and the surrounding townships to donate any and all apples grown within the communities. All of those apples led to this bottle, Line 12. After aging this cider for 4 years, 3 of which were in barrel, we decided it was time to release it back to where it all started.

Line 12 is a full dry cider. The barrels we crafted this blend in impartedrich and decadent flavours of butterscotch, and vanilla. It has a lingering tannic mouthfeel, and a very gentle acidic finish. Line 12 is a toast to you, our community, without you none of this would have been possible.
