Open Hand

Crafted to unite the rich flavors of autumn with the last of the summer sun. This cider was steeped in a traditional blend of chai spices. Each sip harmonizes the warmth of summer with the crispness of autumn evenings.

Line 12 - 750ml

In 2020 when the world asked us to isolate, we found creative ways to engage and celebrate community. We asked the fine folks of Scugog and the surrounding townships to donate any and all apples grown within the communities. All of those apples led to this bottle, Line 12. After aging this cider for 4 years, 3 of which were in barrel, we decided it was time to release it back to where it all started.

Fall Feels

Fall Feels was created to capture the essence of autumn’s bounty. It’s our toast to the arrival of a new season and all the coziness that comes with it. Fall Feels blends the earthiness of black walnuts with the tartness of Muskoka cranberries.

Manzanita - 750ml

Manzanita came from a simple question, if you could only have one cocktail for the rest of your life, what would it be? For our cider maker the answer was simple, a margarita. Inspired by this, we aged fresh American Oak in tequila and then conditioned our cider on the tequila soaked oak. In true margarita fashion, we blended in fresh lime purée, added a touch of salt and sugar to balance and ¡y listo! Manzanita was born.

The Invitation

The Invitation is a single varietal cider made with 100% Dabinett, a traditional English cider fruit. The Invitation has notes of candied apple, and citrus fruit. It leaves a lingering tannic mouthfeel that leaves your taste buds wanting more.

Sunny Daze - 750ml

Sunny Daze was inspired by our favourite brunch treat. An ode to the marvelous mixture of orange juice and bubbles, this blend was crafted with real tangerine, pink guava, and passion fruit. Jammed full of citrus flavour, this tangy treat will have all your taste buds tingling. Sunny Daze is for those who love lazy mornings, orange juice with bubbles, and brunch with friends.

Pomona’s Pour - 750ml

This blend was crafted for three reasons. First, as an offering to Pomona, the Roman Goddess who keeps fruit trees and gardens plentiful. Second, for Pink Boots, an organization dedicated to the education and inclusion of women and non-binary folks in the industry. And, lastly, all you hop heads. Four different hops came out to play in this cider all thanks to Pink Boots.

Sappho - 750ml

Named after historic queer icon and prolific poet Sappho, this bottle is a love letter to lavender. Residing and writing from the Greek isle of Lesbos, Sappho was known for adorning her lovers with crowns of flowers. Taking a page out of her own books, we adorned our cider with crowns of lavender from our friends at Grey Silo Lavender Co. Not only did we steep our cider in their Lavender, but we also created a water infusion, and hand crafted a lavender syrup that we sweetened this beauty with.

Hex Press - 473ml

Hex symbols are deeply rooted in ancient farming traditions and were thought to contain special magical powers that would bring good luck to the family, farm and community.

Our Hex Press is crafted with Ontario heirloom and French bittersweet cider apples for a dry full-flavoured taste.

Cheers to your good luck!

10,000 Hours - 500ml

Practice makes perfect, so practice is what we preach. To hone your craft, you’ve got to put in the hours. 10,000 to be exact, which is 2.5 years of hard work. Meet the Porter’s Perfection, an English Bitter sharp Cider Apple. This is our cider maker's favourite apple, and after one sip you’ll see why.

Golden Mile - 750ml

Envisioned as a hub of modern industry, Toronto’s Golden Mile on Eglinton Avenue became a beacon of post-war prosperity. It sparked a wave of development that shaped the city of Toronto. In honour of the hard-working spirit that gave the neighbourhood its name, we crafted our Golden Mile: a single varietal Golden Russet Cider aged for six months and lightly sweetened with award-winning Ontario honey.

Fireside - 750ml

The days are getting shorter so our drinks are getting warmer. When you find yourself reaching for an extra blanket, you should be reaching for a bottle of Fireside too. A little sugar, a little spice, and a whole lot of everything nice- this Apple Toddy inspired Cider is packed with the perfect balance of warming flavours on those colder nights.

Scrumpy - 750ml

“Scrumpy” originally comes from the medieval verb “scrump” which means to steal. In old England farm workers would scrump apples from their feudal landlords and create a strong cider to enjoy over the winter months. Scrumpy is known for its big beefy tannins, and its higher alcohol content. This batch as always is English inspired, and Ontario grown. That means our Scrumpy is bone dry - just like the humour of the folks who influenced it!
